While walking from the Parc55 hotel to find breakfast I stumble upon the 2016 International Autoshow San Francisco at Moscone Center. I guess this is a guy (and girl) thing, new cool cars from automakers all around the world seasoned with some light clothed girls next to them. The $10 ticket was well worth it to get a chance to both see normal affordable cars and dream cars that just a few people would be able to buy. Ferrari, Porsche, Audi, top car makers, race cars and also classic cars from a past era. This post will not have a lot of text just enjoy the photos. The 2016 International Auto Show San Francisco . Seeing more of the area and getting out of the city is perfect with a rental car. I booked this sweet ride trough turo.com to take a one day drive San Francisco. Before driving I tried to Google where I should go and what to see. Some of the recommended destinations was far away and would require a night at a hotel somewhere before returning to San Francisco. Luckily the Uber driver that took me to the car location came up with several destinations that he recommended going to. This is where we we ended up in this nice Jaguar F-type 2016 model, with 385 supercharged horsepower and fully loaded with equipment. This post might contain more photos of the car than the different stops we had along the way. Driving in San Francisco is fairly easy and there is many destinations to see. Now I will visit The city of the bay San Francisco for the first time. As before I have found some cheap airline tickets with SAS from Oslo Norway. The flight is first from Oslo to Copenhagen, then direct to San Francisco. On my list of things to do is seeing the city, visiting Alcatraz, renting a car and take a ride on the famous cable car trough the streets of San Francisco. Leaving Kristiansand (KRS), heading towards Oslo (OSL) with SAS airlines. The Star Alliance gold lounge at the international part of OSL is refurbished and looks now like a nice waiting room. Too much chairs lined up and not a good lounge feeling. Facing the plane that will take me to San Francisco from Copenhagen. After 11 hours from Copenhagen I arrive in San Francisco with my friend that is also coming along for this trip. The luggage arrived without any damage and I have asked a not so friendly lady at the information booth about the easiest way to get to down town San Francisco, we are now heading for the BART.
